The Reserve at Burton Creek is Lynchburg’s Newest Student Community. We are so excited to welcome you onboard for your home away from home. We hope these tips make your experience here a breeze.
Emails and texts are great, but there’s nothing like turning that key and seeing something inside the mailbox just for you. As your students make the transition into their very own place, a note or a package from home is always reassuring. It is important to make sure to address your package the right way. Your mailing address is listed on your online portal as well as in your Welcome folder. Here’s an example:

Mail will be delivered directly to your mailbox. Packages will be delivered directly to your door.
Accidents happen. If anything goes wrong in your room, fill out a maintenance request on your online portal. It doesn’t matter if it’s your fault, someone else’s fault, or nobody’s fault. Whatever it is, it’s best to get it taken care of. Examples for requests include: broken windows, issues with heaters (broken, noisy), clogged toilets, issues with lights, broken furniture, door lock malfunctions, insect invasions, supplies in common areas needing to be replenished (toilet paper, hand sanitizer) etc.
We have 24hr Emergency Maintenance. If you feel an issue is an emergency such as a water leak, no AC or heat, no electric etc. please call us immediately.
The Reserve provides Wi-Fi internet access across the community to anyone with a Xfinity ID. You should have been provided with an ID at move in that you will need to set up using the instructions provided.
Xfinity offers free IT services to residents living at The Reserve. Please if you have any issues come see us at The Clubhouse. We will be sure to provide you with the appropriate information. DO NOT visit the local Xfinity shop.
